I placed an order to gift a friend for birthday. Just to ensure, I called at the number under “contact us” link to let them know about that and request delivery on that day. I was prepared to just leave a voice note to the automated response (or no response), but to my first surprise, someone answered and made full note of ask. The following day, ai get a call from them saying that the product was stuck in a restricted area due to covid and so can’t be delivered on time AND she asked me to choose another product of a similar price range and they would get that delivered through someone from their own office since it’s a birthday gift! A pleasant surprise!! In these unprecedented uncertain times, efforts and thoughts like these are reassuring!! Had they just apologised for the inconveniences and moved on, no one can blame or be mad at. It’s pandemic. Everything is unpredictable. But, these guys chose to take that extra step to bring smiles on the birthday girl and me too! Great team!
