Cancellation & Refund Policy

Soul India’s prime objective is to keep its customers happy and give them a satisfied & hassle free shopping experience. We know how important it is to have a perfect image of the products to help in making the right choice & our aim is to provide as accurate & minutely detailed images of the product as possible through digital photography.

A few other measures which we take to provide you with the perfect product are:

Offer products which are in new and fresh condition.

All products are checked for quality before they are dispatched. Even the minutest of defects is checked to give you a perfect product with no flaws or shortcomings.

All our products are backend by a unique code which helps you get the same products that you have ordered.

We take special care in dispatching the products and pack them in three to four layers depending on the product so that there is no spoilage or loss of product and it reaches you safely.

But we understand that images lack the tactile sense and touch and feel of a product is also vital. Therefore, if you do not like the product in such cases, you can either opt for cancellation or avail the seven-day return policy which we offer.

For Cancelation

If you have made a purchase, but then wish to cancel the order, you can do so unless it has already been dispatched. Call us immediately and place a request for the cancellation. If the product has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and give you a refund for the order value.

For Returns

Products are returnable within 72 hours after receipt of the same, if you’ve received it in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Soul-India.in.

Please mail us at soul.india@yahoo.com or call Customer care at 9500127983 to intimate the same and we will get the package picked from your location.

Exchange/refund defective or wrong product

Return will be processed only if:

It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

The product is not different from what was shipped to you;

The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s package, tag intact and all the accessories therein).

NOTE: Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

About Return

Refund of payment done to SOUL INDIA will be processed after the item reaches our Central Processing location, checked & verified.

In case any Damage is found in the product or it is evident that the item has been used , no refund will be processed.

In case the order was with Free Shipping, the refund will be done after a deduction of INR 100 /- as Shipping & Handling Charges.

About Refund

We process the Refunds within 48 working hours of receiving the products back in original condition. Refunds are done through Cheque, NEFT or transferred back to credit card / net banking accounts used at the time of placing order.

If the order was prepaid we will refund the money to your account. In case the payment mode was COD, we will return the amount through Google Pay , Paytm or Bank Account details provided. We do not handover Cash to customers.

We request customers to email us the name in which we should issue the Cheque. In case of bank transfer (NEFT), we request customers to send us the following bank details - Name (as in the bank records), Bank name, Bank branch address, Bank account number and Branch IFSC code.
